By transacting via cryptocurrency, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to UK trade or financial sanctions, and that you are not a Prohibited Person under any applicable sanctions laws.

3.Accepted CryptocurrenciesAccepted cryptocurrencies may vary based on the payment processor used (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT).

We do not accept or store cryptocurrency directly. All transactions are handled through our authorised payment gateway, which may convert funds into fiat on our behalf.

4. Transaction ProcessingCryptocurrency payments will only be available for eligible products and services at our discretion.

All crypto payments must be made within the time window and exchange rate limits defined by the payment processor at the point of checkout.

Any overpayment, underpayment, or delayed confirmation may result in cancellation or manual review of the transaction.

5. Pricing and Volatility DisclaimerPrices for goods and services are denominated in GBP (British Pounds). Cryptocurrency amounts are calculated at the time of transaction

Due to price volatility, the exact crypto amount required may fluctuate until the transaction is confirmed. BSC Media Ltd is not responsible for losses or discrepancies caused by exchange rate changes or gas/network fees.

6. Refunds and DisputesRefunds for crypto payments are processed in GBP to a designated bank account or, at our discretion, in the same cryptocurrency and amount originally received (net of processing fees).

All refund requests must comply with our general refund policy and include full proof of transaction.

7. Recordkeeping and ReportingAll crypto-related transactions are documented and recorded in accordance with UK accounting, AML, and tax requirements

We may request identity verification (KYC) or additional documentation before processing or accepting a crypto transaction.

8. Risks and AcknowledgementBy choosing to pay via cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that digital assets carry inherent risks (e.g. volatility, regulation, irreversible transactions)

You accept full responsibility for ensuring the correct amount, wallet address, and network are used

9. Termination or Suspension of Crypto ServicesBSC Media Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue cryptocurrency payment options at any time without prior notice

Any misuse or suspicious activity related to crypto payments may lead to refusal of service and legal action where appropriate.


10. Governing LawThese terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
